I am really grateful that the work I do sometimes involves travel. I am currently in Doha for the Flatclassroom Conference at Qatar Academy. The conference has a virtual element and you can get all of the details of it here.

This is following on from the work that I have done at Bahrain in the last 2 days so I am doubly privileged to be able to arrive at the conference with a good insight of schools in another Gulf country. There is a real energy and a “can do” attitude in this part of the world. Looking around you see nothing but cranes and new buildings.

I am looking forward to playing a part in this conference and I have already really enjoyed the pre-conference activity of being an environmental terrorist on sand dunes!
