This is a pic of the ASUS Eee PC as referred to in the previous entry below.
It is just the sort of thing I was asking for 8 years ago when we started the 1:1 program in Perth. It is a great machine for 90% of what kids need to do in schools. If there are high end tasks to do, they can access another machine for this.
Very keen to hear success stories of this machine in schools!
