Not much balance on this blog. It is all Ed Tech so far and you know how they say that all work and no play makes Paul a very dull boy!

We have our 3rd series race on in Hong Kong this weekend. (We have to be careful to call it a training race as it is bordering on a criminal offence to do anything that is non-air polluting in Hong Kong.) This place is crazy when it comes to sport. They are happy to celebrate the success of Wong Kin Po but do not realise that by banning road closure for sporting events in the SAR that  they are effectively killing all of the endurance sports!

Enough of the rant! Yvonne and I are still having a great time and participating in events that attract a great field and good sponsorship, even if we have to do it all ourselves.

We have a 750 m swim, 20 km cycle and 4 km run on Sunday and it should be great fun.
