Do you have any opinions regarding Interactive Whiteboards vs Interactive Projectors($3,500)?

Does an IWB have to stay in one place and an IP can move from room to room?
Do you still need the IWB software?
Any schools using them in 8-12 and if so for what purposes/subjects?

It set me  on a quest to find out about “Interactive Projectors.  Many posts and searches later,  I discovered that it is was this creature heavily marketed as the next revolution.  I really can’t see that as even being any threat to Onfinity.
